Running every day gives me a chance to think about the world around me. It also gives me a chance to be introspective, something I seem to be very good at. I recall crying as I ran, a very difficult thing to do, as you're attempting to use your lungs for two vastly different purposes. All the same, after a workout of that sort, you feel refreshed and able to do more for the rest of the day.
My left hip socket feels agitated and unhappy. Wish I could change that.
Running in the city is also different, as there are more cars obviously, but also in that the pavement is a different toughness.
